Dear Laurence:
I am sorry for the delay in responding to your concern. I regret that it is no
longer possible to retrieve the total number of visits on your counter. Our
servers will already be taken offline on June 8, 2007. You may already delete
the FastCounter HTML codes that may still be on your web pages.
Thank you for your patience.
Sincerely,
Jake

I've heard nothing more from you on this issue since March 30th. We're now into
June, so I'm suspecting that this issue has got lost. Please revisit the
situation, and let me know what is happening. Thanks.

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Small Business Center Customer Support.
I understand that you are inquiring on the total number of hits your counter has
acquired before the service was discontinued.
I am sorry to inform you that we are unable to provide you with the last count
indicated on your counter before it was removed on your site. Our Product Team
is still trying to fix the counters on your site, as this should remain visible
until May 2007. We do not have an exact time frame on when this issue should be
resolved, rest assured that they are doing their best on its immediate
resolution.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Account Login Issue:Can Not Login to Service
Hi, Fast Counter has inexplicably vanished from the bottom of my page http://members.lycos.co.uk/l
gtilley/ where it has been faithfully counting my hits for many years. I can't
get in to access the data for it. I know my e-mail address and password. I first
had this counter under my old, long dead e-mail address laurence@lgtill
ey.freeserve.co.uk but on that it does not accept that either. Please advise.
